“The Green Prize”

In an effort to highlight and promote local achievements in sustainability and to create a more environmentally focused city, not only on Earth Day but everyday, we are proud to introduce the “Green Prize” annual award program.  This prestigious award will honor those illustrating excellence in sustainability within the city of Long Beach, whether it be an individual, school, neighborhood, restaurant, non-profit, business, or governmental body.

Art is very much a part of the Green Prize Festival!

Squeeze Art Collective is curating the festival this year.

Bands and DJ’s are carefully selected each year to fill the festival with good vibrations and include a wide array of styles and genre’s. More information on this years bands will be in the schedule section.

Green Education! It’s all about sharing the knowledge and getting the word out with speakers and & workshops ranging from urban farming, clean tech, natural healing and more! View the speaker series schedule here
